Environmental Policy

PULSEC d.o.o. Belgrade, as a socially responsible company, is committed to establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving its environmental management system.

Through consistent application of the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, environmental protection laws and regulations, and other compliance regulations and obligations, PULSEC d.o.o. Belgrade is focused on reducing its environmental impact.

Our commitment to environmental protection is reflected in the following objectives and principles:

1. Regulatory Compliance:
   
   We maintain full compliance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
   
   
2. Continuous training and raising awareness about the importance of environmental protection:
   
   We are a learning organization. All employees are obliged to enhance their knowledge and experience. We are active participants in developing and connecting a culture of living with the ecosystem. We achieve this through educating and encouraging employees to contribute to environmental protection, as well as by fostering partnerships with our service users: investors, suppliers, contractors, and the community.
   
   
3. Minimizing Carbon Footprint:
   
   We are aware of the issues related to global warming and climate change and take necessary measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Carbon footprint) resulting from our operations.
   
   
4. Efficient Resource Utilization:
   
   We are committed to the rational use of natural resources (energy and water) and continuously seek ways to increase energy efficiency and use sustainable materials wherever possible.
   
   
5. Sustainable procurement and transport:
   
   When procuring new equipment or selecting suppliers, we prioritize products with energy efficiency labels (Energy Star, TCO Certified). We encourage the use of public transport, bicycles, or working from home over individual car travel.
   
   
6. Waste management:
   
   We implement strict waste management procedures, prioritizing the hierarchy: waste reduction, reuse, and recycling before final disposal. We collaborate exclusively with authorized recycling partners to ensure that hazardous waste does not end up in landfills.

From our stakeholders, primarily contractors and employees, we expect full commitment to environmental protection and consistent implementation of undertaken measures, as well as encouragement for continuous improvement.

This policy must be consistently applied by all employees within the organization, in accordance with their roles, responsibilities, and authorities.
