Rules of electronic correspondence
Any communication sent by PULSEC employees, i.e., any email traffic from the PULSEC doo Beograd server (hereinafter: PULSEC) may contain confidential information. Therefore, it is intended exclusively for the named recipient(s).
Please note that any distribution, forwarding, copying, or use of this communication or the information contained therein is strictly prohibited. If you have received the email in error, please notify the sender immediately by return email. Then, delete the email and all copies of it, and do not use or disclose its contents to anyone.
PULSEC employees who perform tasks that, in the ordinary course of business, include the conclusion or fulfillment of certain contracts or the undertaking of other legal actions are authorized, as attorneys of the company, to conclude and fulfill those contracts or undertake those legal actions within the scope of their work without special authorization. The term ’employee’ in this sense refers to a natural person who is employed by PULSEC, as well as a person who is not employed by the company if they perform a function within the company.
You can verify the scope of authority of any person from PULSEC with whom you have electronic correspondence by contacting the persons authorized to communicate on behalf of PULSEC, by addressing the official address shown on the company’s website. Information on legal and other representatives is also available in the public register of the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
This message has been checked for viruses on behalf of PULSEC. Unfortunately, complete security of email communication cannot be guaranteed because, despite our efforts, the data included in email correspondence may be infected, intercepted, or damaged. Therefore, the recipient should check incoming communication with appropriate software, as PULSEC as the sender does not accept responsibility for any damage caused by viewing the contents of electronic correspondence.
