Statement on the policy of quality, IT service provision, information security and privacy, and business continuity
PULSEC doo BEOGRAD will base its business success and further development on the quality of IT service provision, information security and privacy, and business continuity by meeting the requirements of international standards.
To achieve, maintain, and improve these values, we are focused on:
- Constant availability to our users by fulfilling their requirements and expectations,
- Conducting our business activities in accordance with relevant laws, standards: ISO 9001:2015, SORS 9000/21, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO/IEC 27701:2019, ISO 27799:2016, ISO 20000-1:2018, and ISO 22301:2019 integrated within the IMS, as well as best business practices.
- Continuously maintaining and improving the competence, awareness, and motivation of employees for efficient performance of business activities based on principles of teamwork and full client orientation.
- Setting and achieving ambitious, measurable, and attainable goals at all levels within the Company.
- Open communication with our partners and other interested parties, as well as fostering and maintaining stable and mutually beneficial partnerships,

- Maintaining and continuously improving our services, processes, and the comprehensive management system, guided by our policy and objectives, client feedback, and monitoring and measuring: service characteristics, products, processes, and overall business results.
By monitoring and harmonizing operations with the requirements of implemented standards, as well as applying best business practices in the process of managing systems, the management of PULSEC doo Beograd has opted for a process approach and thinking based on risk assessment and preventive management, with the aim of enabling sustainable long-term business, through timely identification of factors that could affect the continuity of the organization’s business, i.e., factors that could affect deviations in planned and expected results, in order to reduce risks and negative effects to the minimum possible extent and maximize opportunities when they arise.
Continuous improvements and constant enhancements of the effectiveness and efficiency of the IMS are achieved through:
- Setting and measuring the achievement of goals and programs, as well as regularly measuring process performance through KPIs;
- Problems and identified errors are considered opportunities for innovation and improvement of the organization’s business processes;
- Continuous investment in human resources, regardless of age, gender, and education level, through internal and external training, as well as encouraging employees at all levels and functions for preventive action and continuous improvement of the system and work processes;
- Affirming leadership as one of the management principles;
- Creating a positive business atmosphere based on cooperation, trust, good collegial relations, a sense of belonging to the organization, and the development of high ethical standards among employees;
- Constantly investing in equipment, infrastructure, and information system in order to maintain a modern technological level of equipment and internal and external communication.
To confirm the trust of clients, through the definition of business solutions, professional project management and the availability of technical support, we take care of the protection of confidential data and documents of clients and the organization itself, respecting the rules of preserving business secrets, copyright and license rights of software manufacturers, as well as confidential personal data.
All employees in the company are obliged to consistently apply this policy in accordance with their roles, responsibilities, and authorizations.
